Forth overall, First Place in age group!!!

Alison hasn't been racing much due to the demands of other activities such as; school, church, cheer-leading  gymnastics, etc…

After a nearly year long hiatus, Alison came back to enter her second 5k. She ran an AMAZING race and finished FOURTH OVERALL. Unfortunately this particular race didn't hand out age group awards, so she has to settle for the fact that she knows she easily won her age group.

Erin and I are incredibly proud of her accomplishment and I hope my running inspires her to run more in the future. She has a great running talent and I think it could take her far… no pun intended.

Erin pushed Preston in the stroller and finished nine minutes after Alison. I ran the half marathon and I was so excited to see my kids cheer me on. Alison ran the last section of the finish with me, which was an incredible feeling.
